Up to $700 for visits plus up to $150 for eDiary completion
You May Qualify If You
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with gout or are currently having a gout flare
- You are in acceptable overall health, including your heart, kidneys, and liver
- You are willing and able to use an electronic diary app on a phone or provided device
